Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Christina Townsend Photography Services Payment To secure your booking, full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may transfer to a future date (subject to availability) or request a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may either reschedule or request a refund of 50% of the session fee. Image Delivery and File Format Final images will be delivered digitally via a private online gallery within approximately 48 hours after the session. Images are provided in JPEG format unless another format is requested in advance. Retouching and Editing All images include standard retouching such as color correction, exposure adjustment, and basic enhancements. More extensive editing (e.g., object removal, composite creation, advanced tonal changes) is available upon request for an additional fee, quoted separately. Usage Rights Clients receive a license for the specific uses agreed upon at booking: Personal use: Permitted for personal display or sharing. Commercial use (e.g., business cards, advertising, branding): Requires the purchase of a commercial usage license for each image, quoted separately. Copyright Ownership All images created by Christina Townsend Photography Service are protected under copyright law. Copyright remains the exclusive property of Christina Townsend Photography Service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Model Release Unless requested otherwise in writing, clients grant Christina Townsend Photography Service permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes. Liability While all reasonable care is taken, Christina Townsend Photography Service is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or other incidents beyond control. In such cases, liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refunding the session fee. Reshoots Reshoots are offered at the photographer’s discretion only if an error attributable to Christina Townsend Photography Service occurs. Reshoots requested by the client for aesthetic reasons may be accommodated but may incur additional charges.
