Cancellation Policy
Product Photography Terms and Conditions Scope of Services This service covers still photography of physical products. It does not include 3D imaging, video, or animated content. Products are photographed in a controlled studio-style setting unless otherwise arranged. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy Bookings cancelled within 7 days before the scheduled shoot may be rescheduled or request a refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours may reschedule. Refunds Policy Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds are issued for change-of-mind decisions after the shoot has occurred or images have been delivered. Product Delivery and Handling Clients are responsible for ensuring products are delivered on time and in photography-ready condition. Christina Townsend Photography Services is not liable for damage to items caused in transit or for late arrivals that impact the shoot schedule. Image Delivery Final edited images are delivered digitally via a private online gallery within 3–5 business days. Images are provided in high-resolution JPEG format unless a different format is requested in advance. Editing and Retouching Standard retouching includes colour correction, exposure adjustment, background clean-up, and minor spot removal. Additional editing such as object replacement, background swaps, or advanced alterations can be quoted and billed separately. Usage Rights Clients receive a commercial license to use the images for the agreed purpose, such as online stores, social media, or print advertising. Images may not be resold or transferred to third parties without written permission. Additional licensing can be arranged on request. Copyright Ownership All images remain the intellectual property of Christina Townsend Photography Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Licensing does not transfer copyright ownership. Portfolio Use Unless otherwise requested in writing, Christina Townsend Photography Services may use images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes. Liability While all reasonable care is taken, Christina Townsend Photography Services is not liable for delays, damage, or loss beyond our control, including equipment failure or courier issues. Reshoots Reshoots due to photographer error are offered at no charge. Reshoots requested for changes in
